Peacemaker question :
definitely the i5 2500k.

i would also suggest u get either a GTX 570 or GTX 560 SLI. the SLI config will last you at least a few years, even more if you are willing to turn down settings for future games.

do not go with the HD 5770 it seriously sucks, it is overpriced and it is last-generation products.

^i highly recommend that configuration. your CPU will be able to get to at least 4.5 Ghz with that cooler, and that motherboard will allow you to overclock your CPU and upgrade to dual GTX 570 SLI later on down the road when you need more performance.
although it does go over your budget, i highly recommend you save up for it.
a good way to save $130 is to get the GTX 560 instead of the GTX 570. they are relatively close in term of performance and the extra $130 does not justify the performance difference. you can overclock the GTX 560 to be as fast as the GTX 570
