Thanks. I have 8GB of DDR2 RAM I have to check the bios to see how much I have dedicated to the onboard GPU. On NVIDIA control panel it says the nForce 730a (Mobo) has 256 MB DDR2 dedicated video memory and 64 MB System Video Memory (should I/can I change this in Bios or elsewhere?) on the GeForce GTS 450 it says Dedicated video memory 1024 MB GDDR5 and 0 MB System Video Memory.
Another thing the first supports DirectX 10 the second 11. Is that a problem? This is also according to NVIDIA control panel.
Lastly does the monitor or projector plugged into the better video card get better results then that into the Mobo or do they share the power of both because of SLI I can't tell a difference so far.
