Out of these 3 motherboards, which one do you think would overclock the best

On my system setup.

ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131595

BIOSTAR TA790XE

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138147

Foxconn Cinema Premium 785G

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-186-180&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=2#scrollFullInfo

I've heard good things about Asus and Biostar while looking on reviews on other websites I think they said both those boards overclock pretty good. But one of them has to be better than other. And I can't find much information about Foxconn to know how good that board is. For price/performance I'm probably going with one of those three as my new motherboard.

All of them are good board. Asus has been great to me so I would go with ASUS and the Biostar is a full board, but lacks two pci-e slots for crossfire, No on boad gpu which is a nice backup. All boards have only 4+1 Phases Power Design so your not going to really want to over volt a cpu to much expecailly if you get a 6 core.

Also all of the boards are DDR2 ram. Why go with DDR2 when 4 gigs for DDR3 1600 ram is only 49.99

I spend more around the $100 range and get a much better board.
GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Advanced 8+2 phase CPU VRM power design for AMD high-TDP 140W CPU support

DDR3 instead of DDR2. DDR3 is rather cheap at the moment.

Whats gb/s sata3? And usb 3.0 is pointless when not everything does usb 3.0. I mean do all external harddrives do 3.0 speed or are most usb 2.0 speed still?

I used a foxconn cinema deluxe for a friends build. Came with alot of accessories and features but for OCing the biostar 790x wins hands down.

Do you think I could hit 4ghz with biostars 790x ddr2 rams motherboard or should I really update to a ddr3 motherboard for easy overclocking>?

I mean I rather have to pay 80 bucks and not much more for a motherboard but if I gain any benefits like easy overclocking to hit 4ghz I guess maybe I should pay the extra 20-60 more bucks.
