Thread Starter
Hello people

I am a hardcore FPS player (Css competitively) and in turn need some hardcore headphones, all i do is game and listen to dubstep track.

I care more about gaming than music.

I live in the UK so i hope that doesn't effect what i can get.

Need any more info just ask

Thanks for any help and taking the time to read this.

AT ad700 - great soundstage, unbeatable for music and gaming for the price (about 100 US)
On top of the AD700s, you need a sound card. Titanium HD if you're about gaming.

Yes, you do need a soundcard, as that will do more for you than headphones at this point sadly.

My current headset has a built in sound card but I have heard that a dedi sound card is better, so i will be getting a new headset + sound card.

Your headset's sound card is worse than on board sound most of the time sadly. It's not at all something you should use.

Titanium HD+AD700s is what you need.

I love my dt 770 i got the 250 ohms great bass. soundstage is nice but not as wide as i would like(closed headphones are like that tho) for the higher ohms u need to push it with a highend soundcard or amp. I got mine hooked to amp.

You dont need a soundcard to use AD700s.... Im pretty sure their pretty low when it comes to being powered anyway.

Any headphone will become better once amped, but thats a given, but you dont NEED one to use it.
