You can try setting the NB a little slower...take for instance... my chip will absolutely not boot @ 4.5ghz unless i use these settings:

22.5x200 - 4.5ghz (1.55v)
cpu-nb - 2600mhz (yes slower than my sig rig and the volts must be 1.3v)
RAM ratio 1:4 - 1600mhz 8-8-8-24 1T

When you are going for high overclocks the stability factor really does come in...take for instance if i put my cpu-nb voltage any higher than 1.3 or any lower, it just does not boot and does not pass a prime 95 test.

SO....as the sites slogan says "the pursuit of performance" you really do need to pursue high clocks like what you are aiming for.
