I was talking about quality of service, but when somebody offers me advice, I will take it, especially if it can be fixed from my own home without leaving the house. If it gets fixed I'll be able to speak to HTC and ask them to cancel the delivery, or if it has been shipped, I can ship it back. (he was the only person to offer advice without slating my actions)
The rest of you were giving it all "go out and buy a new one, buy an SD card reader and sort it yourself that way" but at the end of the day why should I waste money (albeit a small amount) on something that wasn't caused by me?
