Going from 1080 21.5" to 1050 22" Detail loss??

Thread Starter
I''m trying to figure out if I will see much of a detail loss if I go Nvidia surround with three 22" 1680x1050 monitors compared to three 21.5" 1920x1080 monitors.

Thanks!

You will lose 309,600 pixles, approximately 15% less pixles (detail) so yes, you will lose a good chunk by stepping down in resolution *edit* also consider pixle densities are going to be greater on the 21.5" screen meaning that you will have to run a much higher AA which will be further taxing on the GPUs - I would almost say that AA is harder on GPUs than resolution, but I really don't have much research that I can point to on that point, just seems that way from what I've read and experienced
