PSU Question for HTPC - Page 2

It does say something about quality the CX line is Corsair's entry-level/budget line, it can't hold a candle to their top-end AX line.

Anyway, I took a look at directcanada.com, it doesn't look like there's anything worth looking at. The OCZ ModXStream 500W is an OK unit, but the CX430 is probably on the same level of quality. If you have a use for the extra wattage or would like the modularity, it's not a bad upgrade for $4.

Yeah I didn't see much aside for the CX and the ModX. I'll have to look at it a bit more I guess and then make my decision.

Also the turnaround on Corsair RMA's is supposed to be quite a while, so who knows. I've been waiting about 3 weeks on a G.Skill RMA (I know, different company) but I've never waited so long before so maybe I've just been getting lucky.

Anyways, thanks for the help, guess this'll just be a personal preference thing.
