Issue #1: It's OCZ RAM
Issue #2: Claims to be low voltage but runs at 1.65V

As some other guys said, run memtest for at least a few hours. If everything passes there, make sure the RAM is running at 1.65V.

1333 9-9-9-20 1.65V.
Generic settings at massive 1.65V.
And despite this it claims to be low voltage.
Everything is wrong with this RAM kit. It belongs only in the garbage.
It dies often too.
