get a dual channel RAM kit, as the 1156 only supports dual channel. Avoid OCZ if possible
Caviar Black or Spinpoint F3 will serve you well also.
Otherwise nice job

It is a decent build although I would highly recommend against a 850W power supply. Also, as far as 850W units go, the Corsair TX850 is a bad idea. You could easily get a $50 PSU and spend the difference on a much better video card.

For your RAM, get a $50 kit of 2x2 GB DDR3 1600 by G.Skill or Corsair. Make sure it's 1.5V.

Forgot to mention -- I think you should get a cheaper case. Most Antec cases are simply not worth their price tag. The Cooler Master HAF 912 offers a very nice set of features for $60.

850W seems to be a bit high for your build. I'm building a build also at the moment (if you want to see the specs of it just look like a few threads under here), and it's more demanding than yours, and my PSU is a Corsair 650W). If you plan on upgrading a ton though, then stick with 850W. I would just a different PSU though. Just make sure it's atleast 80+ Certified.

For RAM, you'll need to stick with dual channel cause i5 doesn't support triple sadly. If you want to stick with 6GB DDR3 1600, I would personally go with this.

And use the money you saved from these two pieces to either upgrade the HDD (250GB is WAY too low for me, but this isn't my build), or the GPU if you want to sell the 450 and get a 460.

I just updated the parts a bit after reading what people had said. I was thinking that with the money I saved on the Operating System and Power Supply and the various other parts in Blue of upgrading to an i7 and upgrading the RAM to 6GB Triple-Channel. I also canceled my order on the Graphics Card because it has been processing for two days. I can't get a GTS 460 through newegg.com for some reason. Give me your opinions on what I have and what graphics card you think I should grab.

I am making this computer to be able to run Dead Space 2, Black Ops, WoW, etc. on Max settings and still get smooth gameplay. This is already twice as good as the computer I have now and it runs Dead Space 2 and WoW on max with 25+ fps.

Not sure what you mean by that, but maybe you're looking for the wrong item. There is no GTS 460. Try GTX 460. I would recommend that card, by the way.
