I'm not much of a SLI fan, and don't see me buying another card for a while. I also don't plan on water cooling cause the whole set up is just way to expensive for me and I don't have time to set it all up. As for the SC vs non SC I was only getting the SC because it's the exact same price as the non. I wanna go with the Asus but the lifetime warranty... I like the fact that in say 4 years and they stopped making 570 and mine breaks I get a new card. But I'm still leaning on the Asus.

You happen to have a good combo for SLI'ing 3 slot GPUs being that you have a R3E and a HAF X so I don't see any cause for concern here even if you decide to do that in the future.

the 3 slot cards are a waste IMO.

they are a waste if they are clocking the installation of other components you wish to install...if not they do tend to offer a better cooling solution then dual slot setups

Ok so I decided on the Asus card finally, now I just had a few questions, could I install ( don't know if that's the right word) the Evga SC bios on this card? If so how do I do this, and does it affect the warranty in way? I do plan on OC but I'd like to have the 'stock' at SC speeds

You don't need or want to do this really..you just need to download MSI Afterburner and you can set 2 profiles, one will be your 2d speeds, other will be your 3d speeds. You can set them to whatever you want, EVGA SC speeds if you want. We will help you get it done when the card gets here, don't worry.

clearly, if the OP is intending to overclock and add volts, the ASUS is the FAR better option.
the reference nvidia VRM is ****e and has exploded even at under 1.1v on these 570's. the asus card comes with a beffier VRM and therefore will give you probably better clocks and peace of mind that it wont go boom at any moment.

honestly, EVGA would have been one of my last choices....Giga probably first if any reference cards...

NOW THAT IS A CARD!!!!

3 slot cards are good.. if you have the right spacing in your case/motherboard...

they run cooler and quieter...

and since they run cooler... they normally OC well...
