Why won't it charge??

Thread Starter
So my acer 7720 has pooped out on me... for some reason it won't charge.
I popped open the case and it looks like all the connections for the power are fine (I initially assumed it was from my brother using it on my bed, and allowing the pin to bend.) So far I cannot find a disconnect or break on the inside.
I don't think it's the power cord (Not sure how to test the cord either.....)
let me know what ya'll think!
Thanks

Still think it's probably battery, when charge ends, it will only power up plugged in. I could be wrong, maybe just not showing the charge. Also, some bateries will only charge to a certain percentage, around 98% thus saving it by not overcharging. My asus laptop does that.

laptop has 18 minutes left on battery life,
starts plugged in and unplugged,
just wont charge anymore, as if there's a disconnect between the wall and the battery... I cannot find the disconnect...
I'm trying to find a way to test my cable online now (woohoo google!)
