Dead pixels

Hi guys, 2 weeks back i brought a new Dell 21.5" Full hd monitor (Dell ST2220M). Today i noticed few black dots on the screen, i thought its a dead pixel so tried to turn off my monitor, when i turned off my monitor i noticed it was not a dead pixel but some white dots on the screen and it was dry and stuck really well to the screen. After removing it there was no black dots on the screen. After few hours of usage, i noticed 2 to 3 dots on the screen again. I tried to clean the dots again and it beca me fine. while i was posting this thread, i found one more Dot

I was wondering, whats happening. If my monitor leaking or some thing, i don't know much about monitors and you suggestions will really help me a lot.

Thank you
Amit

I would wait untill your totally sure there are errors with the pixels, your post is slightly confusing. If there are pixel problems, they will lock a specific colour, which can be any colour really. Usually there are industry standard which lets manufacturers away with a few dead pixels but im not sure how many. If your sure theres something wrong then definately dont accept the monitor, ring customer support and demand a replcement, its your hard earned cash after all
