Changing Windows 7 clock to 24 hour

Hey guys, is there anyway to change the Windows 7 clock to a 24 hour clock? Or is it just manually telling it the time, say 1600?

its in that window

Go to Region and Langauage in Control Panel -> Hit Additional Settings -> the click on the "Time " tab and make your changes there.



edit: too slow - that was alot of work.

Open the Control Panel, go to the Clock, Language and Region, Go into Region and language at the short and/or long time change it from hh:... to HH:... in the drop down box.

EDIT: lol I was too slow.
