Easiest way to get simultaneous dual band

I've got a WAG320N router which is a Dual Band router, I was under the impression that this would do 2.4 and 5Ghz at the same time like every other Dual Band router on the market.

Turns out it can't do it and im passed the RMA deadline...typical. I've emailed Amazon in the hope they will swap it but I haven't got my hopes up.

What would people recommend is the best way to get Simultaneous Dual Band?

If it means upgrading the router, I am willing to spend around £100 for a Simultaneous Dual Band, MIMO router like the WAG320N.
It needs to be a modem router if thats the only way forward

It's a tradeoff...the devices that do simultaneous dual band don't have 3x3 / 400Mbps+ performance.

The most popular router that can do 2Ghz and 5Ghz at the same time seems to be the Netgear WNDR3700. There are also a few Draytek models that look very impressive on paper, but I've never heard from anyone who bought one.

Why does it need to be a modem router? I'm assuming you mean cable modem?
