I think AMD is easier to overclock than intel

If you're lazy: i5 cause you don't need to mess wit the NB and stuff.
if you want to learn more: PhII cause you learn NB overclcking also. LOL

intel is always easier to OC... getting my Core2duo from 2.6Ghz to 3.4Ghz was easier then getting my Phenom from 3.4Ghz to 3.7 by a mile.
