In all seriousness, the full-sized Phantom simply has more room for better (thicker) fans resulting in good air cooling. The 600T on the other hand is a mid-tower and not quite as generous in space. Some of the fans are too thin to be of any real use as there isn't room for a thicker fan -- hence the water cooling.
