As far as I can tell, the 3.0 feels more responsive than Deathadder in term of clicks.

hahahaahahahaha.

IME 3.0 > DA. Only thing DA beats IME 3.0 is control speeds.

agreed, the clickyness of the DA 3.5G's left and right click is trash compared to the IME 3.0, even the crappy dark gray version.

Is that your conclusion within less than a week of use? You'll see what I mean once you hit the 4-6 month period of heavy use (if you're not switching off mice).

I never thought I would have to say this and defend the freaking DA of all mice with flaws, but the 3.0 respawn's build quality just doesn't match up to previous models or newer mice on the market.

Take this as you want, but I haven't really used the standard 3.5G unless I was required to at Lan. Maybe it's due to the rubber coating on the standard model, but I haven't double clicked once since I've switched from the 3.0 (respawn, rev.1, Legends)> to the Black Edition DA. As far as more "responsive", I guess I can agree, but overall the DA BE feels more solid to me.

the DA feels crappy right out of the box. Imagine THIS thing in 4-6 months. lol.

My DA is nearing 3 months old and the only thing I've noticed was that the scroll wheel is much more mushier and looser now. If I was still using the 3.0, I can almost guarantee that the thin plastic encoder would have snapped by now producing a bumpy free glide, but that's mainly due to how much I use the scroll wheel to bhop around.

Before this mouse, I was ordering 1.1's in bulk from china ($10/mouse) and was going to simply replace them every <6 months.

Yes,the 3.5g the mushier due its crappy plastics.
the 3.5g black edition use more quality plastic from what I heard, so I think is dont really problem here.

And yes, there is no Competition at all - DeathAdder [black edition] overall better than 3.0 build quality wise.

in the past, most of the averages player was playing with accelration on in windows / mouse that have build-in accelration - In my opinion he is used to play with accelration turn on - since he is CS player.
