I have dual 655's in my loop which consists of 360rad->Ek Supreme HF (plate 3)->240rad ->780i Nb/SB block -> GTX480 HC FTW->res -> pumps. I do have the pumps in a bitspower dual top. Would I see any noticable difference if I switched to dual (or triple) MCP 355's? Thanks in advance. here are pics of my current setup. (may look familar from post earlier today in other threads)

Stay with what you have. I had a FAR more restrictive loop on 2 MCP655's that you have and it was more than was needed. Look at my pics and you can see what i mean:

Then the output traveled down a 5 foot 7/16" tube to my custom rad box and hydra manifold and then back another 5 foot tube to the rig. At the same time, I had a xbox 360 cooled with the other port on the hydra. So I cooled the following components with 2 MCP655's:

3 x MCR 320 Radiators
2 x MCP 655 Pumps
2 x Apogee GTZ CPU Blocks
1 x Skulltrail SB Block
1 x Skulltrail NB Block
1 x 4870x2 block (changed that for 3 x GTX260 blocks)
1 x Xbox 360 waterblock
14 feet of 7/16 tubing.

You should have no problem.
