I'd have to say jumping from a faulty 9800GTX+ sli setup to a GTX470. Night and day difference power wise as well as heat.

hmmmm...so many upgrades over the years...

going from a 486sx 25mhz to a 486 100mhz and going from 1MB to 4mb of ram on my old packard bell system...

On my old P2 Dell system...going to a voodoo 3dfx cardz(forgot which one)...

On my old HP AMD 32bit athlon single core system...it was a 512mb to 1GB ram, and IGP to BFG7800GS OC AGP card...

On current sig... went from a AM2 6000+ brisbane, to 720BE and then to 955...Mobo from a asrock 780GXE to current... 650 antec Earthwatts to corsair hx1000... from hd4830, to CFed 4890s, CFed 5850s and now HD6950...

id say going from ati x1900 to gtx 275 biggest single component, but in terms of cpus I went from amd athlon 3800 to e7200 to e8400 to i7 920 in space of 2 years or so.
