Ok so basically I am not saying he needs to get an 850. I am just saying that is what I have. I ran my quad core and my 450 great with an OCZ 600w.

I would advise you buy something like the Coolermaster Hyper 212. It's very cheap but it performs remarkably well, the fan included isn't cheap junk, it's a very nice blade master that cools the heatsink+cpu very well even at low RPM.If you ever wanted lower temperatures you could add another Blade master, will drop temps an extra 1 - 2 Celsius.
