Desktop offs few second(Sabertooth p67 & 2500K)

Hello people, recently ive got myself a Sabertooth p67 & 2500k and im having problem with it,

1. The mobo runs 2 times POST test(I think this would be common for all Sabertooth P67 mobo, but im not sure)

2.The whole computer starts, then stops completely for few seconds before it loads the windows(Even the PSU fan stops for this few second, as though the power has been cut off completely)

if i am not mistaken my psu should be more than enough for my current configuration, my configuration is as stated in my system information, i would deeply approciate helps and guidance from all you people, my previous configuration was i3 530 OC'ed to 4Ghz and P7P55D, i didt face this problem in my old configuration

All p67 sets do this if I'm correct but I have no clue why. I haven't been able to get my mb yet so I couldn't tell you but 3 friends have all come to me asking if that's normal and at first I said no, but when they all came w/ the same question I second guessed it. Looked it up and this happens to alot of others as well. It is what it is.

I'm having a similar problem I think. Mines takes forever to POST sometimes, like 33% of the time. Board is stable and no other problems except this:

Sometimes it happens before POST, and sometimes after/before loading windows. I was able to record when it both happened.

Asus Sabertooth P67
i5 2500K
2x2GB Kingston HyperX 1600MHz
2x HIS 6850
PCI-E X-Fi Titanium
XFX 850W PSU
1xSATA HDD, SSD, and DVD burner
Silverstone Raven2 case

Turns out it's my Razer mouse causing the long POST.

Mines will do that if I have the other 2 SATA controller/ports enabled. I disabled them since I don't use them.
