That's the effective clock speed, I think I'm running same memory speed as you if not lower.

I got my demo from the Nvidia web site, they also had a benchmark review of the game which they claim to have a retail copy of, display settings for their PC version are the same as the ones in the demo, we have been console-ed.

I watched the demo lead in this morning, didn't see anything that made me want to run out and preorder the game, still waiting to see what happens on launch day and possibly the first patch

(edit)
My system was pulling down 256 FPS in the movie

Mine was from Steam. Maybe I could've got better results without Steam in the background. Besides, that CPU of mine was made for single tasking lol.

Also I don't see what was bad about it. Can't judge it yet as there is no single player campaign to test just yet.

I cant wait to see what the final game looks like. This is the first time im going to wait for reviews & screens from OCN because the Demo was trash. I know it was just a console port so hopefully it comes out better.

Hell yeah. Some dudes over on Steam forums are having trouble running this on their 5850/5870 rigs with quads dunno if their PCs are infested or if AMD hasn't updated its GPU drivers to run the demo properly (I'm suspecting the latter), I am glad I didn't go the AMD route with my GPU upgrade (ex-2900XT owner here, I know what their "updated drivers" are like).

Yes I'm sure they have a finished version.. But I'm willing to bet the finished PC version wont have 'Press Start to Begin' at the begining.

Not to mention the video settings. Do you honestly think they would skin it down to 3 settings? The previous Crysis and many other games have individual settings for lighting, shadows, AA, AF etc.. and this demo does not.. But I'm sure the final will.

Thus why I said the demo is not a true representation of the FINAL product.. they never are. The demo of BFBC2 was full of bugs and quirks.. the actual game runs much better..

I might make one massive thread on performance of a load of games on single core rigs. A lot of people underestimate their PCs thanks to developers overstating minimum requirements. The minimum requirements for this demo stated CPUs about twice as fast as mine. Same thing with Mafia 2 for example, very exaggerated requirements, yet I can almost totally max that game out (shadow quality makes no visual difference at all).

I am going to laugh at all the people who think they will be able to run this game maxed out when the DX11 final hits the shelves... just take a look at the minimum specs... I don't think a single core is going to cut it. The graphic engine might be final, but DX11 and addtitional advanced settings will make this game what Crysis used to be, but better.
