GTX 480 SLI 62.5 FPS Cap in Bulletstorm and Crysis 2

My FPS has been capped at 62.5 FPS constant in the 2 games listed above. I do not understand what the problem is. BFBC2 I am getting anywhere from 140-160 FPS so I know it not a hardware issue. Also I have VSYNC turned off. Does anyone have the same problem? Or a solution. All these games are running 1080p Max Everything.

60 FPS is pretty smooth, why do you need it to be higher?

Those games both have vsync settings in their options? I remember with some games (esp dx10/11 games) vsync would be forced on with no option to turn it off, and you had to override it in the nvidia control panel. I haven't played bulletstorm or crysis 2.

Bulletstorm definately has the VSYNC option, I turned it off in game, and also through the NVCP.
