You probably will have the problem the problem is made worse by v sync; It doesn't effect everyone but in your situation it is certainly possibly why ATI cant make Xfire let you use connections from both cards, or at least have made all cards have 3 display ports and just packaged £5 adapters with them I will never know :'( Hence why i have eyefinity 6 cards.
the bug is caused by eyefinity mode for some reason erroneously v syncing to 120hz regardless of your screens refresh rate, also if your screens have different refresh rates then it will use the primary screen to peg too regardless of what refresh rates are supported on the secondary screens.
In my experience turning off v sync fixed it but YMMV Ultimately though this issue caused me to swap to an eyefinty 6 card as my house mate was getting a 5870 anyway for a single screen I paid him the difference and had me 6 display ports
PS. it isn't so much a normal Tear as a slow out of sync line that flows up your screen looks kind of weird and is pretty annoying. this can be replicated on eye6 cards by turning on all your screens at different times and turning on v sync Edited by Dr216 - 3/3/11 at 8:30am
