the more i think about it, the more it seems that the witcher is just an adult version of legend of zelda.

I am not too impressed with this video either, but Zelda is Zelda. Nintendo delivers on its games. Twilight Princess was very fun. I just hope it doesn't require Motion Plus as I don't care for gimicky add-ons. I know it works nicely and all but...

ENOUGH WITH THE F***ING ZELDA GAMES!!!

The last game was terrible by comparison to any of the ones before it. It's like the Tombraider series, same game, same puzzles, same story, same victim, it's the same plot in the same everything. Enough Nintendo, good god, I'm biased against any franchise they attempt to keep going. Mostly because they haven't released anything NEW in a LONG time that was any good.

I had the same, I managed to complete it, but it is pretty boring in that way.

I sure hope that Nintendo make the environment more interactive, ala the witcher.

*EDIT*

Yes, the last game was, but for gods sake, that was one of 2 duds in the WHOLE FLIPPIN' SERIES!

Zelda II being the second (no pun intended)

They each have different stories, and actually some do vary on the boss, but it is CERTAINLY not the same plot. I appreciate that you think they are repetetive, but, whilst in the most part i disagree with you, there is an essence of truth. Although, "Haven't released anything NEW in a LONG time" is true, but why do you think that is? Because they don't need to.
Take for example the Super Mario Bros. Series. Its not just about plot, its also about fun. I play Mario with all my family, its one of those games, and i still remember paying £40 for Super Mario Bros. 3.

Fail, Nintendo is well known for their crazy patents for every game component for their system and suing people who try to make third party version

The game doesnt look too interesting overall imo because they're trying too hard with the new stuff. The angle of the swing for example with the Wiimote I don't care about in a Zelda game. I just want to explore, solve good puzzles, and kick ass with standard attack/defend.
I'll hold my judgment till more is shown but I wasnt all that enthralled.

Well I have to say that it looks a lot more fluid than the last tech demo we saw. So if the actual gameplay is that fluid with the Wiimote (most likely with Wii Motion Plus) then I'll be sold.

Zelda always has good puzzles, even in the games I didn't like.

Yes link is right handed, all canon material reflects this. In the Gamecube version of TP they had him as left handed but because of the control scheme of the Wii and most players being right handed; on the Wii version of TP he is right handed. Though the concept art shows him as left handed.

It's annoying, but it was made that way to better assist players in the game.

Personally I think it's lazy and they should have done it how he is supposed be (Sword in the left hand)
