ah just found another small bugg. If i stand as close as possible to a headlight on a car and shoot the headlight. I wont hit it, What i do hit is the ground beside the car...

First i thought it was bullet bouncing, But the car doesnt take dmg.

Whats upp with Crytek releasing such a beta game? Anyone know if these bugs are on console game also?

Yes, maybe we ought to give them the benefit of the doubt with their planned dx11 if we want to be hopeful... But there sure is a LOT of reason to think this is just more marketing crap.

And no I'm not saying its unconfirmed, I'm just saying theres no reason to believe it will come in a timely manner or offer any significant improvement to offset all the crap so far.

I disagree, CE3's main selling point was that you can develop across all three platforms simultaneously. It also has all of the technological of CE2 but Crytek chose not to implement all due to some of the consoles limitations and instead make the game on all three systems simultaneously then have three separate teams put on the finishing touches. CE3's possible simultaneous development has been advertised and everyone has known that Crysis 2 will also be on consoles for a while. Crytek made Crysis, they can make Crysis 2 the way they want. They aren't in contract with the buyers about the kind of game it has to be which is something that most of those complaining don't get.
I'll type it here again: Crytek doesn't own anyone anything! People chose to buy FarCry, Crysis and Crysis Warhead. Crytek didn't threaten or force anyone to buy those games. They can do whatever they want with the Crysis franchise, it's THEIR game. If you don't like it, don't buy it to send them a message, simple as that. BTW, I'm not referring to you specifically with the you, just a generalization in this case
The DX11 has already been mentioned for a while, was mentioned by Cry-Adam who works for Crytek on their own forums and there have been some tweets about it. Personally, I could careless about DX11, since, I'm enjoying the game in DX9 with my system. Do I think the game has some bugs and a couple of annoying things that need to be fixed(highlights, some low-res textures, etc....)? Yes I do, is it enough to ruin the experience? No way, the game looks amazing for DX9, has the best music for any game I've played and gameplay is great. DX11 is only icing on the cake IMO.

I don't see how dx11 will do anything for this game when the textures they used are mostly low resolution low quality
