Get a better PSU without a doubt. Quality manufacturer with a single 12v rail preferably.

Have you considered crossfiring the 5750? It is the best price to performance option available to you.

I had a similar dilemma with a single 5770 and opted for crossfiring. You should see performance around the 5850 with cf 5750s, and the 5850 performs similarly to the new 68xx cards.
