My answer isn't on the poll, but it's a maybe.
Right now, I'm leaning towards an android 3.0 tablet, but I'm still waiting till mid june, when I'll get myself a tablet as a birthday present
. To me, the hardware is of secondary importance. The iPad 2 did what I basically expected it to do, brought it up to par with the competition (ram unknown though).
So now, I wait for iOS 5. Apple is winning on 3rd party apps, but to me, the core apps, UI, and heavy google integration (and lack of iTunes) are making me lean toward honeycomb. If iOS 5 improves the core enough, I'll buy. Otherwise, I'm buying a honeycomb tab. That is, if honeycomb apps come out, but I expect they will. The SDK has only been out fully for like 2 weeks.
As for netbooks, no, they are not the same thing. I actually find myself more productive on a tablet than my netbook. Sure, it may have a "desktop" OS, but the thing is crazy slow, and touch is far more intuitive than a mouse. You can always add a BT keyboard for the times you need it.
