Question regarding GTX295

Thread Starter
Hi guys, I havent played or read into any PC hardware related things since the GTX 295 came out. I was just wondering how does it stack up to current game requirements? I want to build a new PC that could handle BF3 at high settings when it comes out. Right now I still have whats listed in my Rig down below.
Eh!?

From what I hear, it puts outs levels near a 480. Still a great card, but for SLI I dont know how well it scales with the 4 gpu's

In any case, I'd like one lol

Most review sites put it on par with a GTX 480, if that helps much.

I see, great. I just want to be able to play BF3 at above average settings and still get a good FPS out of it. I'll definitely need to upgrade my mobo/cpu to the newer socket type and pick up an i7 and some ddr3 ram

Here is the link shown some numbers. It is a 295w GPU and draws a bit more in bench. It is a case warmer so make sure you get plenty cool air inside case.
