[Newegg] Socket 1155 motherboards now in stock again - Page 4

I know that I'm not appreciating the shipping cost for these mobos
post #32 of 54
I have waited this long already, so I will wait a little bit longer for a Gigabyte or Asus board to pop up.

Question for anyone who has any input. I would like to build a new rig and don't feel like waiting another couple weeks.

I really only do gaming on my computers and homework for college (nothing heavy). A tiny bit of video for the clips I make.

Anyone know if this mobo is good or should I really wait?

EDIT: I plan on using ddr3 1600 mem, hence why I'm looking at the biostar boards and not the MSI ones currently available.

well, i just jumped out of bed only to find out you heard wrong. the biostar boards were listed by this time the other day when they were released. i remember seeing them before i went into work this early in the morning... (hopefully ill be wrong and youll be able to "call me out" by the time i get home from work, that would be worth it!!!)

also, did MSI just add another p67 board, or is that the same one they had yesterday, and they just changed the description? i remember the p67 board they had listed yesterday said it had a memory speed of only 1333mhz...

i also see the only other p67 they had, the biostar, has sold out

Yeah I'm bummed...that is what happens when I am hopeful for rumors. Hoping I wake up for work tonight and they are there.

Found the mini ITX ASUS board for $180!!!
ASUS P8H67-I DELUXE
Way too rich for my blood, for a simple thrown together budget HTPC. Its not a bad board by the specs, but I don't need the Wifi and CPU/GPU overclocking features.

That extreme board is way more than I want to spend. I was hoping for an asus pro..... It seems that they tend to put the new stock on in the evening so maybe Friday evening they will come on
