If I recall correctly, if it has the NF200, it can do dual x16.
Basically to get the full 16x on both cards you would need to run a pci card in slot one and both video cards in slots 3 and 4? I think i read that somewhere, is that the way it works for the M4E?

Cannot talk myself into buying one of the 11 ASUS P8P67 - PRO boards from the MicroCenter that is down by my work. $229...just throwing away $50 on being impatient if I do that. Plus I don't get 12 months no interest like I do from NewEgg Preferred.

z68 is useless if you don't plan on using the chips integrated video...the z68 boars will allow you to use h67 and p67 features toegther...if you don't plan on using quicksync or the integrated video..avoid z68...p67 is fine...

Also, maximus iv extremes are back on newegg, but aren't available yet,...most likely because they are currently in the process of replacing the effected m4e
