You're pretty ballsy to be running Prime95 with the stock cooler.

You should really replace the stock cooler. I don't even like my cpu to get in the 50's maybe I'm a little overly cautious but...

The highest I ever got mine was 56 degrees before I replaced my stock cooler and I thought that was really bad personally...

If your running in the 60s you really should delay your overclocking until you get a better cooler.

ok so an update on my progress with reaching the 4GHZ mark.earlier today i was messing with the settings and i was able to hit 4.3GHZ and maintain a constant temp at about 43-48c.stock cooler and my case has fans like crazy.the issue im having is.not sure of what settings i should and should not be touching heres an overview of what settings i had for 4.3GHZ any input is welcome

CPU frequnecy was at 220MHZ
CPU voltage was at 1.48
DRAM voltage was at 1.64
CPU/Nb coltage was at 1.1 (not sure so didnt touch)
CPU ratio(multipliers) 19.5x

No stress test was givin so not to sure how long that would of lasted but didnt want to push it to much with stock.by the looks of it i think i would of been able to get higher with liquid or a better aftermarket cooler.also was running at 4.3GHZ for about an hour and no crash or anything but i was on edge. was wathcing temps the whole time.any input welcome please

Try playing a game and it will crash.
whole point is to get it stable at maximum clock. Unless your trying to get some top ranks or trying to do some benchworking for a very limited time.
