UEFI BIOS means that you can use your mouse inside the BIOS, and you can even use your scroll wheel. NO MOAR KEYBOARD.

This particular board supports UEFI, but I don't believe that it's been confirmed that all AM3+ boards will....

...what are you talking about? Betamax was technically superior to VHS.

UEFI is superior to BIOS due to interface, ease of programming, architecture independence, removal of legacy code, and functionality.

Actually, some boards have been shipping with UEFI with a BIOS-like GUI.
Once again...

If one AM3+ board supports UEFI, all can. Just depends on if the motherboard manufacturer implements it or not.

Whatever it is, it means you can use your mouse inside of the BIOS! Or am I mixing up two completely different things.....

Moving a mouse is the least notable thing about UEFI over traditional BIOS implementations:

Maybe I can have a board that takes less then 30 seconds to hit the boot loader.

I'm still hoping coreboot can get ported over to more boards.
(core boot is basically using the Linux kernel as a firmware)
