You got everything there, but you might want to consider getting an SSD instead of dual WD blacks in that budget. Using a little less of a case to get one seems like a worthy tradeoff, too. Otherwise, not bad. Don't forget considering Newegg!

I knew I was missing something when I read through those specs

SB is a way better choice considering B3 boards are already coming out.

I don't think I'm going to need a SSD from what I know people get that because of the fast boot? I'm planning on running this computer on 24/7 so I think it's necessary to have the case.

I had all the items in newegg at first, but I went on other sites such as amazon and buy.com because there's no tax there and free shipping.

Because I actually don't have time to wait for the sandy bridge to come back. When is it back?

Also I would suggest going for something a little better than the TX-750. You'll have to be careful with the 8 pin in the HAF X, most 8-pin wires are slightly short to reach the MOBO.

Generally, the processors are already stocking shelves, but another week or two should bring many more SB boards back in stock.

What exactly do you plan on running to necessitate 24/7 use?

Not sure what kind of rig you are building but 12GB of ram is overkill for probably anything other than extreme video editing or rendering.

4GB for gaming is on the money

i5 2500K for gaming. GG

Also seems like the most recommended raid drives are the Samsung F3s

I recommend 6-8. I've seen 5.5 gb usage while playing company of heroes. Why shoot yourself in the foot?
