I found one on craigslist for a great deal, 100 USD picked up.

But Newegg only has 1 Review on it... and Everywhere I look they sell for 175+ish

Any comments?

I'd buy it, if I were in you; the simple fact of being a Lian Li should guarantee a very good crafting quality.
the pros:
brand
style
materials

te cons:
it doesent have a cable management system, excluding the one on the case's floor.

if this is not a problem for you, I guess 100$ is a very good price.

Look up reviews of the Lian Li PC-60 series in addition to the whole PC-7 series.
PC-60FN
PC-60FNW
PC-60FNWX
PC-7FN
PC-7FNW
PC-7FNWX

The difference between the PC-7FN and PC-60FN is the fan grill in front. The "W" in the model number means side window and the "X" means black interior instead of plain aluminum.

My wife's rig right now is in a PC-60FNW so I have some experience with the chassis. While I like the PC-8FI series better (same chassis, but more HDD bays and less ODD bays) the chassis is pretty solid if you want a classier looking system.
