Hello, need quite some help

Well, first of all, hello. I figured I should introduce my self, as I'm new here. Well, I'm Nginx. I play video games, hate dealing with software, love the hardware thought I'm no whiz when it comes to PC errors or faults. I came here with a help request, not sure whether this is the right section, please don't get mad, I couldn't find another place for this. Also, if you move it or something, please notify me to where is has been moved, since I can get lost in this forum.

Anyways, here's my problem.

I bought EAH5770 two days ago. Now, these two days, I've been struggling. It just doesn't work right, I know that powerplay is whats causing this, and yet I tried many different ways of fixing the problem.

The problem is, if I don't use anything, just leave it at its normal clocks, it doesn't run games (screen freezes right after entering the game), it also freezes on the desktop, like 2-3 mins after logging on. The default clocks are 157/300. So, this is what I've tried so far.

I tried using MSI after burner, didn't work.
Tried using ATI Tray Tools. Worked perfectly, yet after I shut down my PC for the night, and turn it back on in the morning, the profile would load some weird values, meaning a blank screen right after loging on. I mean, I restarted my PC after fiddling with the Ati tray tools several times, to make sure it works even after reboot. Everything worked perfectly, I thought I finally dealt with it. Now, after the night, it just didn't load the profile right, or I don't know what else, but it caused a blank screen, mostly blue or dark grey.

I then tried making profiles with CCC. Altered them on notepad, seemed to work. Made two profiles, gaming and iddle. Iddle one had 500/600/0.95V settings, gaming had 850/1200/1.20V settings. When I ran each profile, the clocks did change as they were supposed to, it worked fine as my gadget shows the clocks. Now, when I enabled the gaming profile and went in game, same problem happened, the game froze. I reset my PC, and now everytime I log on, I get a blank screen. I seriously have no idea what to do, I tried everything, and I wouldn't want to flash my BIOS cause that would ruin my warranty, after all, the GPU is not older then 2 days. Any help would do, please, I really want to enjoy my GPU and games. Please

Run "Driver sweeper" and reload your updated drivers (DL from the ATI/AMD site).

If that doesn't work RMA the card or return to the shop you brought it from.

A card should run straight out of the box as long as you have the right drivers loaded.

Thats the thing, I read around, and I saw that this is not the cards fault. Its one of the functions fault, powerplay functions that is included in the drivers. Ehh, I just don't know what to do. I'll call the tech support from the shop in a second, just finishing my soup.

EDIT: Yeah, they told me to bring it in to them, and they'll have a look. Well, I'm off to the shop.
