Which SSD should I get?

Thread Starter
I've talked a ton of crap regarding SSDs, but I've always wanted one, especially the past year or so.

What should I get? I'm willing to wait 3-4 months for newer stuff to come out and I'm willing to spend ~$500 too.

Notes:

1. My case is a Corsair 800D (apparently it doesn't support SATA 3 (6.0gb/s))

2. My mobo only supports SATA 2 (3.0gb/s).

If I buy an SSD, I'll also buy Windows 7. I'm also willing to buy a SATA card to support SATA 3.

Any help is appreciated

This.

I would say get a Vertex 3 but I don't think there's even a release date for them yet.

That's probably the only time I've ever heard the case being blamed for disk interface compatibility..
Waiting on X399

The 800D never had hot-swap compatibility with SATA 3.

On that note, it's finally out!
