Overclocking Question

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anybody knows roughly what i can overclock my CPU and GPU to. I've never done it before but i want too - I'm just wondering if anybody can tell me what i should be able to overclock to as i don't want to try something too high!!

My system specs are below -

Your CPU could possibly easy go to 5 Ghz. Don't really know about your GPU as I never taken specs in loop.

4.5 on the CPU and 900 on the GPU should be within the grasp of even poor overclocking cards/chips.
