that can't be...voltage and speed aren't linked...you disabled all the power saving features i mentioned earlier? they should be under CPU Configuration in BIOS

Okay so i got to this.
http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1690065

I noticed that when i click on a window and drag it around my screen, the window leaves a trail behind then catches up with it acting like its slow...could that be instability? if so how to fix.

Have you teste it for stability with prime95? blend test for a couple of hours...and check load temps. You don't want to hit more than 65 degrees Celsius...

That staggering happens sometimes to me with my thlon, usually at startup, but then stabilizes. If your PC is constantly like this you should decrease a little the OC...

Check it for stability...
BTW, waht voltage have you set in BIOS?

its most likely 'laggy' because your voltage is way over spec, The maximum VID for 45nm processors on 775 is 1.3625v.

Having a high voltage can actually cause instability, instead of curing it.

1.51V is a lot of volts... you don't need that much... your temps must be sky high on that
Like Buzzin92 above me said, the max VID on your chip is 1.36...
Why did you set it at 1.51V? it wasn't booting?

Ok, Can you tell me your specs? Motherboard and RAM?

Could you also tell me what settings you're using in BIOS to get that overclock?

Thanks
