i just told them that i had a chat log emailed to me and the cs rep assured me that the price would be honored. they didnt ask for a copy of the chat log or anything, the rep on the phone put me on hold for about 5 mins when he said he had to speak to his manager and when he came back on the line he told me the order had been adjusted and the board would be send out the next day. i checked the tracking and i should get it on wednesday
but like Ocnewb said they did want the original order # where it does show that the price was 204. i dont think there dumb enough to give a 50% discount to anyone who says they want the price matched to what it was a few weeks ago. but if you did order a board when the price error occured you should be able to have that price honored!Edited by whipple16 - 3/18/11 at 5:50pm
