I'll admit that phone calls are less efficient than tickets (we do both.) But damn, people just aren't as happy unless they talk to a real person who can calm them down and reassure them everything is going to be just fine. That's what our business strives off of. You call us, everything is alright, it'll be fixed as soon as possible.
