140mm intake and exhaust fans for fractal design xl

Thread Starter
I need some recommendations for good 140mm fans for the fractal design xl case. I understand that the fans that come with the case are not that great (I haven't bought the case yet, waiting for stock) and I would like some quiet, yet solid 140mm performers for exhaust and intake.

thanks!

Thermalright TY-140. Probably the best 140mm fan currently available. Pretty quiet and pushing lots of air.

The one I had had some vibration issues, though it could have been just a bad sample.
quiet.

the xigmatek 140mm XLF fans seem pretty decent. Most have LEDs though.

I've not looked at loads of 140mm fans but the best i've come across so far are Prolimatech Blue Vortex Blue Wings 140mm Fan, audiable at full spead but not in an intrusive way, if you can dial them back to around 900 rpm you wont hear them. At full speed they push around 87CFM.
