Finally Water cooling with the H50 cosiar kit

finally doing it, my pentium d copper cooler has kept me all the way to 4.5ghz so lets see what she really has be here tommrow

Have pics to post later. I went with the all in one Cosair H50 Brought my temps down to 38 idle 50-55 under full load with my sli cards that get hot as heck anyway. Easy install. looks nice, kinda like a turbo for your cpu I cant get over 4.5ghz stable though or even to boot for that matter. I did manage to link my fsb so now im linked at 2000mhz fsb on the cpu and 1600mhz on the ddr3 with 9-9-9-27 1t timings.

Nice, to bad you couldn't go higher on the clock with the better temps, but the H50 will serve you well. You won't have near the dust in your case to deal with.

should get better results =) put some 3000rpm fans on in push pull , see how high u can overclock .

H5O is not that much better than the best air coolers, just quieter. Not really comparable to a real water loop.

Make sure your board is getting some air, and use two fans on the H5O.
