With some mosfet cooling you should be fine...but xd_1771 is the guru of this kind of things, you should listen to him

I have enough fans in my case that I am sure it is getting something. I have 3 intake and 3 out. I'm adding another soon. They aren't really high RPM because I'm trying to get things quiet but I can add a fan inside the case somewhere if needed.

So should I just reclock to 3.3Ghz get some mosfet cooling and then come back to this?

This 4+1 phase is much better by the way, it's far from an MSI; it's a Gigabyte low RDS design and with proper MOSFET cooling would be quite good for overclocking

With this Mosfet cooling will I need to get a fan too? I should get two of the heat sinks? for the above and beside the CPU?

Also if you could tell me exactly how the heat sinks are installed and work? You could refer me to a web page, I haven't been able to find a good one.

You don't need a fan, and only need to install one at the left of the CPU.

See this page.
And this for the install movie
