Don't bother with a resume builder, it seems like you want a quick wizard solution that will help you build your resume. Build your resume manually as you will have to tailor it for each specific job type you're trying to apply for. There's a few types of resumes you must know about before even writing one. There is a functional resume, chronological, and combination. You have to know which one to use for certain situations.
Example, a functional resume would list:
1. Your Objective
2. Your Education
3. Your Professional Experience (if you have any)
4. Your Technical skills
It focuses less on your job history. I recommend getting a good book like this one:
: The Resume.Com Guide to Writing Unbeatable Resumes (0639785382706): Warren Simons, Rose Curtis: Books[/ame]
or this one
: Resume Magic, 4th Ed: Trade Secrets of a Professional Resume Writer (Resume Magic Trade Secrets of a Professional Resume Writer) (9781593577339): Susan Britton Whitcomb: Books[/ame]
There are plenty of resume samples online, you just need to look at some of the samples to see how each type of resume is built.
