Ok sure!

So your processor is rated at 95W which means it will not pull more than 95W at stock clock speeds.

When you overclock you are raising the maximum wattage that your CPU pulls from the board.

So for instance my CPU is rated at 125W But with my overclock it can pull up to 171W

You can use this tool to calculate your OC'd CPU wattage
http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

Your board has a 4+1 power phase which is only capable of handling 125W safely.

probably one of the worst boards MSI has put out in a long time.

The VRMs are of relatively low quality, and have been known to fail a lot.

I wouldn't even bother doing an SLI Crossfire until you get a better CPU, you get same performance if you have a ****ty CPU + awesome video card....and....****ty graphics card + awesome cpu...

Does the VRM affect the GPU at all?

Nope just CPU voltage delivery
