For those who state this can´t be used as benchmarking tool due 1. it´s DX9 and 2 it´s from the demo, I agree.

Good to know I still don´t have to go i7 for this game, hope final game will be this optimized.

Its a shame my E8400 is losing me around 10 FPS, I swear this time last year I would've only lost 1 or 2.

Yay! Maybe some people are thinking a little this time and if there cpu isnt mentioned using a little bit of their brains to figure about where they are on the chart. The thread with the GPU's was a joke with everyone complaining about their dual core cards and what not, not being mentioned on the chart. Just think people!

that is with current drivers.
i just googled SLI Crysis 2 demo and got on a forum where u can import the only the beta game profile into ur driver. then u change the executable name to crysis2demo.exe and SLI works.
i get constant 60fps at all time on my rig. before i did the profile change, though, constant 30fps and lag.
so yes SLI does work. u just need to spend 5 min updating profiles.

Looks like Crytek kept their word to make crysis 2 use up to 8 threads, finally a reason to pick the 2600k over the 2500k.

I know it doesn't matter since it's bottlenecked by the 570 but now that 1 game can actually utilize all those threads who knows what else is coming.

lol yup
my unlocked dual core with 3 cores rapes the phenom X4 classic and Q6600
