Non ref 5850 OC - Page 2

I have an XFX 5770 non-ref with the APW7088 voltage regulator.

To this date, there is no software that supports that chip so that you can play with the voltages. I tried MSI AB, Trixx, and AUS Smart Doctor without any luck.

If your card has the APW7088, then you are out of luck.

Did you, or were you able to change the volt? And why is mine crashing with minor increase

I don't believe trixx supports the 57xx series... It only works with 6xxx and a few 5xxx cards

I can change my clocks and fan speed with Trixx no problem so I am guessing it does support my card.

When it comes to voltage contorl, it's related to the voltage regulator the card has and not the card's model. Some manufacturers use the same voltage regulator for different cards.

I got the same CPU... Running 4.1ghz...

How much better of a mark score are you getting by just increasing the core clock?
