Depending on what your clearance is and what socket, there are several depending on the height restrictions.

GELID Slim Silence
Scythe Big Shuriken
Scythe Shuriken

80MM FAN

ENERMAX UC-8EB
Noctua NF-R8-1800
GELID Solutions FN-SX08-16

Just curious, is this for Antec ISK case?

I've had very good luck with the Enermax Marathon's in both 120mm and 80mm. Quiet and move an acceptable amount of air for HTPC use.

I'm running an AM3 chip on a Gigabyte board in a Silverstone GD04B case. I used the Scythe Big Shuriken--in addition to the 3 case fans, it never gets above 32c.

I use a slot cooler...it draws in cool air and blows on the Vid card..it takes up 2 slots though in a matx HP elite case...there are other types of slot coolers that I think takes up less space (as an exhaust / air circulation) asides from that I had to zippy tie some 80mm fans near the hds

I would go with the Scythe Big Shuriken (it's pretty wide so you probably will need a low clearance RAM) & the Noctua fans as they are both silent for HTPC.

I went with a Noctua NH-C14 in my nMedia 6000B case. I only had 134mm of headroom and with the C14 was able to fit it AND both of it's huge 140mm fans in there. The thing is super silent as well.
